From helping in the kitchen at age six to mastering authentic recipes, Angela carries forward over 55 years of family tradition. Passionate about weddings, banquets, and events, she blends heritage with heart, bringing unforgettable Calgary catering experiences to every celebration.
Jim Hamilton
Jim Hamilton, co-owner of Sorelle Catering, brings 16+ years of culinary and operations experience to Calgary’s catering scene. Inspired by his wife Angela and her parents, founders of Roma Catering, Jim has learned the art of authentic hospitality and Italian cuisine.
